We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for our Aelle multi-way stretch top. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Please note that any signs of wear or damage may void the return eligibility.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include the return authorization number on the package.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
